I am trying to use sound recorder to record a 35 minute program but it
doesn't seem to allow more than 60 seconds at a time. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Sure. Mute the input to sound recorder, and click record. Everytime it
runs out, click record again until you have a silent file as long as you
need, in your case more than 35 minutes. Save it as "sample.wav" (or
whatever name pleases you.)

Open your blank file, choose edit and mix whatever you would like to record
to the blank file. When done give it a name.
