Hello,

I am using XP SP2 with all the updates. Is there a way to adjust settings
in the Sound Recorder so that it will record more than one minute at a time?

There are workarounds which you can search for on the internet (Google) but
the program doesn't allow a default recording time of greater than 60
seconds.

Any freeware out there that records more than 60 seconds at a time?

Only a workaround. Basically you create a 1 minute blank file, save it,
then insert it as many times as you need minutes of recording.
