I have tried everything in troubleshooting and all that, but when I play
music it sounds like a scratched up record and skips/sounds muffled. Whether
it's iTunes, Windows Media Player, or even general computer startup/shutdown
sounds, it sounds scratched or something. If anyone knows anything - Please
Help!! Thanks

Hi Barbara,

It means there is interference from background processes. The only way you
are going to truly resolve it is to clean up the boot.
