sony video driver

Dear windowers,

I have a problem after the upgrade of my Sony vaio laptop pcg-f707. The
upgrade was succesfull, but the drivers for the hardware did not.

My vaio comes with a restore cd with all the necessary drivers, but it’s has
win98se. So for win2000 I first downloaded the video driver (most stringent
right now). The instructions on the webpage say “After downloading extract
the file and follow the on screen procedure.†But after extraction of the
file, no futher instruction follow.
The files in the compressed exe file weren’t helpful either. It contains vna
inf, dll, sys, cat and hlp files.
The hlp files wasn’t helpful. It only says: "controller option: select
between a single or dual display controller state."

Is anyone familiar with this problem and knows what to do?
