Sometimes IE can't access any websites!

Hi,

Sometimes (once a week or less) when I'm browsing the internet, IE suddenly
stops displaying any web page.
It gives me the message "The page cannot be displayed" like this page does
not exist!
IE does not even try to connect to the site. I can see this coz there is no
network activity at all after I press the GO button on my IE (the two small
monitors in connection status dont blink), but I receive a responce from the
site by pinging it.

The only resolution is to restart my PC (I tried to log on/off but still I
cant browse any site).

My internet is through LAN
Im with with lates updates possible.
Winows XP Pro SP2,
IE6,
Norton Internet Security 2005 (Windows Personal Firewall is also turned on).

What should I do!?

Thanks for any suggestions!

I already checked it with my ISP. He said that no requests are comming at
all.
No matter which sites, IE just won't display them.

P.S.: OK, maybe I overstate the perion of time, but it sometimes happens.

Thanks Kelly.
Any other suggestions?

Bojidar, You should check your" Internet Connections" , by right clicking IE
in your start menu. If you know the proxy settings of your LAN you can set
them at the bottom of the folder if not you can also check the "Auto Detect
Connections" option at the top. Best of luck to you.
