Sometimes can browse , sometimes can not browse Internet through I

Hi Everyone,

I facing one strange problem and unable to fix it. Could someone help..

The problem is, my office got one Xp professional machine( fixed IP).
Sometimes it can surt internet and the outlook. But sometimes it can not surf
internet and outlook.
Sometimes it can surft internet only certain website.

Sometimes morning no internet, but sometimes about 3 hour later, it can surf
already.

It so strange.......

I reinstall the network driver, winsock and also follow the same setting
with others Xp machine. But still unable to resolve it.

Hope someone will give some suggestion or solution....
