Some web pages don't display properly

Some pages when open won't display properly. When this
happens I go to the internet tools, encoding. I have 4
listings, Western European (Windows), Western European
(ISO), Unicode (UTF-8), and Cyrill (Windows). I will check
the western european (windows) and the problem is fixed.
When I change pages the problem comes back, and I repeat
the above. I never had this problem before I started using
DSL service.

Does anyone have this problem, or have a fix for it?

Thanks
Mike

Can you give a link to a site with this problem? I have yet to duplicate
the behavior.
