I get the following error:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An operation on a
socket could not be performed because the system lacked
sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full.
There is a hotfix available from Microsoft BUT since I
have an OEM version of XP Pro, Microsoft will not provide
it. They refer me to HP, but since my computer is out of
warranty, they will not provide it. I don't feel I should
have to pay for MS support for a known problem. The
hotfix is available per Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
826757 for FIX: Socket Initialization Does Not Succeed
if Your Computer Has More Than 50 Network Bound Protocols.
Anyone know how I can get this hotfix????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
