SMTP server

How do I find the right server for my outlook account?
I am from Sweden and using windows XP.

I do know my POP3 server, but my can't find the SMTP Server.

The firm who i got my email account from says that I can find my SMTP server
from my Internet suppliers outgoind mailservers homepage, but i dont.

It would be helpful if you gave us some info to work with, such as who your
ISP is.
Copy and paste any error messages that you get.
