Slowing down?

hi everyone, sorry about this question I'm sure u get it all the time but I
am pretty computer savy and keep an eye on what I download but just since
yesterday my computer has been running extremely slow, alsmot constantly
using at least 30% of the cpu's power, I have used spydoctor and norton
antivirus pro and neither can find anything, what could be casuing this?

In Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) what is the image name of the process
that is using the CPU?
