SLOW SCROLLING AND DRAGGING

I don't know why but when I scroll down the pages on the
internet they move with a wavelike movement or if I move
windows across the screen they also move very slowly.This
didn't happen yesterday,the movement was instant and
smooth...Why is this happening and what can I do to
correct it???

Use Task Manager to find out what process is locking your CPU usage. Then
determine if it is something "you" installed, or is something that was
installed behind your back. Then do what is necessary to either repair
problem or eliminate the spyware from your computer.

Also, run a complete scan with your antivirus program (using the latest
updates). You do have one, right?
