Slow Loading Taskbar At Startup

Every time I start windows, everything else loads fine but the taskbar
take about 5 minutes to load, I've taken all the programs I can out of
startup (there are only two now). But it still loads slowly, what can I
do?

I have no malware, I have a malware scanner but I figured it out, I
typed in 'msconfig' into the run dialog in the start bar and set it to
diagnostic startup, there's too many programs running at startup that's
all. Thanks for your input.
