I have been getting the above alert several times during March. Each time I
action to allow. Yet it reappears. What is it? Can I ignore it in future?

I had the same problems. My solution:
go to Tools-->General Settings-->Advanced Options-->Don't scan
there you type: C:\Windows\SiS save options and ready you are
