1. Ctrl-Alt-Arrow key usually will do rotation.

2. If #1 doesn't work, look in Display>Settings>Advanced>Adapter for
rotation settings. Some video cards like Nvidia have their own Control
Panel applet and will have rotation settings in there.

1) Check your monitior settings and about the size and position settings
2) Check your computer for malicious software like joke programs
Use Panda's free online scanner
http://www.activescan.com
(cookies are not threats)
3) If you use Windows XP , restore your computer to a previous state using
System Restore.
Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools-> System Tools
and restore your machine to a state 3 days before the problem started.

Simple answer:

Grab monitor firmly and rotate either 90 or 270 degrees to correct problem.

Hi Cruzinaround9,

Funny you should mention this. I just had this happen to me on a PC I was
working on for a client this past Thursday. I was freaked out and a bit
pissed but I managed to keep a level head and fix it myself.

Move your mouse anywhere there is no icon on desktop and right click it and
you will see something that mentions Graphics (Sorry I don't remember
exactly). Go to that and you will see something mentioned about rotation.
Currently it is set to 90 degrees which is why it looks that way. Change it
to 0 and apply and OK and it will be back to normal.

The PC I was working with was a DELL PC with a built in Intel Video and the
latest Windows Update had that update which I didn't know that some
combination of KEYS would change it without me being aware.

Hope this resolves your issue and please let us know.
