Is it possible to have multiple signatures in outlook we have several people
using it with 5 pop3 email accounts.
we want all messages kept together that's why we don't have other user
logins or profiles
When sending mail user A would use a signatures and user B would use its
signature

Outlook 2003 signatures are account specific. So you can accomplish this two different ways:

1) Each person logs into Windows under their own Windows login.

2) Everyone logs into Windows under the same Windows loginbut has a different email account and has set up the signatures for that account.

Yes. You can set up single or multiple signatures for each account, but you
must choose which acct & signature to use each time since the default acct
will automatically used. You can do this--in the default acct you set the
signature as NONE, but add as many as you want to the signature list. Then
just use Insert>Signature>choose which one from the list. This will have to
be done with every email or if no choice is made, no signature will be
included. Short form letter emails can be set up this way, too. Look up
Signatures in Help for more.

In addition to the advice already given, to use account specific signatures,
you must use Word as the message editor.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, john asked:
