Signature issues

We are running a W2K TS Server and the clients are Win95/98 with Outlook 97.
When I put in my signature it alters someone elses on the networks signature
and vice versa and someitmes I get someone elses signature. I go through the
normal way of creating one but it just dissappears or changes others
signatures or comes back as someone elses. The profiles are stored on the
Terminal server.

Outlook 97 stores the signatures files for the built-in Outlook editor as .rtf files, one per mail profile, in the Windows folder. If all profiles are named the same, that would explain the behavior you're seeing.

For the WordMail editor, the signature is stored in the Normal.dot template, which again, might be in use by all users.

I found a .rtf file with the signature in it on the C:\. If I delete this
file and a user recreates a signature this file gets created again. If
anyone else wants a signature then this gets overwritten with the latest
signature. This looks to me like they are all using the same normal.dot???
How do I get this to go to there own profile with there own signature.

As I indicated, you can't do what you want with Outlook 97.
