Signature sharing

After creating your own signature, is it possible to share your signature
with others in your office so that they can simply change your name to
theirs? If so, how? Where are the signatures stored?

Outlook signature files are usually stored in the directory:
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures\

Cut and paste the line above into the "Address" box of Explorer and you
should see them all.

Note that Outlook will create other forms (TXT, RTF, HTM) of the
original signature file when you switch between the various formats for
your outgoing messages - usually not very satisfactorily.

The easiest way to send your signature to somebody else would be to
attach the file to a message you send to that person. Then they can save
the attachment in their signature folder (see above) and it should show
up in Menu: Insert/Signature>, possibly under More...
