Outlook 2007 signature issue

Hi,

We are having some issues with a few people's signatures in Outlook
2007. The signature files themselves are in HTML format and show up
correctly when opened directly. The problem occurs when creating a new
message, the signature reverts to the default text. Any ideas, this is
only on 3 users out of 80, all with similar setups - Windows XP.

If there is any more information I can provide please let me know.

How did you create them?
Sounds like you haven't updated the Plain Text version of the signature.

They were created in Word 2007 then just copied into each signature
editor from within Outlook 2007. I thought the plain text version was
created automatically as it is on my PC.

It should but have you verified it?
Your post didn't include any information about the format of the message.
