Show Desktop Icon

The Show Desktop icon is missing from my Quick Launch
toolbar on the taskbar. How can I get it back? It's not
in the recycle bin.

Hi, Susan,

This will be a little long, but follow the trail,

Right click Start, Explore, WindowsXP (C:)
Documents and Settings,
Your Name,
Application Data,
Microsoft,
Internet Explorer,
Highlight Quick launch,
Right click Show Desktop,
Click Send to,
click Desktop (Create Shortcut).
Click the X in the top right corner.
