Show all items in menus

How can you configure pulldown menus, like the ones in IE to show ALL menu
selections? I don't like just getting the items I use the most to show up
and then have to click on the little chevron or double-v's at the bottom to
get more choices to show up. There HAS to be a fix for it.

Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu" in the Advanced tab of Internet Options.
(Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options)
