cannot see menus

in start up, i de-selected all the options to show menus/buttons

but i would like to show that again but i can't seem to restore them.

does anyone know how to get the menus back, its when i open database which
on start up shows the form and hides all the menus.

Try holding down the shift key while you're opening your database. That
should bypass your settings to turn off the menus, and you can then redo
your initialization.
