Should "Everyone" have rights to System Restore?

I noticed in the security properties for my System Volume Information folder that "Everyone" is given permission to create files. Is this proper? If it isn't, should I remove the everyone group or deny full control? I've included my "administrator" account under the group's "Users" permission, and don't want to lock myself out of the ability to use system restore. If I deny "everyone," will I deny myself? Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

the permission granted for everyone to create file is an accepted practice. This comes into play with most of the Microsoft office products

for this feature you should restrict it to an Adminstrator level account
