restoring Local Security Policy settings to default values

the "DCOM: Machine Access Restrictions in Security Descriptor Definition
Language (SDDL) syntax" is Deny for "Everyone" user group!

the cmd: "secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db
secsetup.sdb /verbose" is work and restore Security Settings through command
line but no effect, I don't have rights to change the Security Settings in
all ways. The option menu is not functioning for Security Settings parameters.

How to clear Security Limits in: Security Settings>Local Policies>Security
Options - *DCOM: Machine Access Restrictions in Security Descriptor
Definition Language (SDDL) syntax ???

I have not tried this myself by if you can run regedit find the follwing
registry key and delete it. By default that key does not exist and is why
using secedit did not fix it because it is "undefined" be default.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
NT\DCOM\MachineAccessRestriction: --- Steve
