Sharing TV recordings

Is there any way to share TV recording created using Media Center between
PCs?

If I record a TV program on one machine and want to watch it on another, is
that possible?

Also, I noice that if any user records a program then it appears on every
user's list of recorded programs. Is that standard? Can it be changed?

I appreciate that I can burn the TV show to CD/DVD and that would be fine
but I was wondering if I can share programs without doing this?

I think is the recording is marked as copyrighted you can only play it on
the computer that it was recorded on, so you will have to stream it in that
situation.

No you can't Mary.

Media Center records TV in an odd format that nothing will play back -
except Media Center.

I can share the folder OK but I would then have to copy the file to my
"Recorded TV" folder before I could watch it.
