Sharing Drives within a Workgroup

Running Windows XP on a three-computer LAN. Followed all of the directions
for file/drive sharing for a workgroup (not a domain). Want to share all
drives on all three computers. However, only one of three drives on computer
A is shared; Zero of 3 drives shared on computer B; Both drives shared on
computer C. All computers and drives are set up the same. On the drives
that aren't shared I get the messages:

"\\computername\drive is not accessible. You might not have permission to
use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find
out if you have access permissions."

"Not enough server storage is available to process this command."

I am signed on as the administrator on all three computers. All printers
share fine and all computers and their drives and files appear on all
computers. Problem occurs when I try to share some of them Can't figure out
why there is selective drive sharing and I have too little hair left to keep
scratching my head on this problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known, and easily fixed, problem.
