Sharing Categories List in Outlook 2003

In our office, we want to be able to share the drop-down Categories List in
Outlook 2003. Can we do this. We are using Microsoft Exchange 2003.

You can share it but you can export it and then import it on another
machine. Categories are stored in the registry;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Categories

Don't you mean you _can't_ share it but you can export it?

Look at www.olcat.com, where there's an easy to use solution to sharing
Outlook categories.
