When you are in OL03, assign all of the categories to an email. Then, in
OL07, right click the top folder, choose Properties, Update to Color
Categories. That should copy all the category names to the new master
category list.
If you don't have OL03 runnign any more but lots of categories in the old
master category list, which aren't assigned to any emails, and which you
don't want to enter manually, you can use Category Manager for that. For
details see the link in my signature, please.
