shared calendar showing different dates

i am running exchange server 2000, and outlook 2000 on
most machines. some have outlook 2002. we have a shared
calendar. when and event is posted to a single day or
series of all day events, it adds a day to the beginning
or end to seemingly duplicate the event. all machines are
in the same time zone, and permissions are seemingly
correct.

Have you checked the DAYLIGHT SAVINGS option
in the Time Zone area?
