Outlook 2003

We use a shared calendar. Three of the individuals who
add to this shared calendar have Outlook 2003 with XP OS.
The appointments are added as all day events. What we are
seeing is the appointment looses its all day event check
mark. When this is lost, the appointment shows up as
recurring and carries to the next day. The times get set
to 1 AM to 1 AM. This appears to only be happening with
the Outlook 2003 machines. We have other machines with XP
OS but with Outlook 2000. They are not seeing this issue.
The server is Exchange 2000.

Any ideas?

i have exactly the same problem as that described by gwen, only i am running server2003, as well as outlook2003. Timezones and dst settings are the same on all machines. but each time we set a recurring all-day event, outlook2003 changes it to a timed two-day recurring appointment running from 12 midnight to 12 noon, bracketed by a clock symbol at each end. and it often extends the end time to a different day entirely. this is very annoying, and essentially ruins the functionality of the calendar. i have written microsoft several times asking for a fix, but have not received (or found) one yet.

THANK YOU! All three machines did not have the DST check
box checked. The are working great now.
