setup fax server 2003 server

Hi,

I tried to install the fax serive while I was logged on to a doamin
controller as a member of the ENTERPRISE ADIM, DOMAIN ADMIN, ADMINISTRATORS
groups.

All went well. However, when I try to access the installed fax under
printers I get :

You do not have the security permissions to complete this operation. Contact
a fax administrator for more information.

I click OK and the properties window appears and I can edit all settings,
even security, add and remove users?

When I go then to the last sheet ans try to open the fax service manager.

I get a popu daying that the fax service is not started and a connection can
not be made. The manager opens en when i try to access the properties, I get
access denied.

I tried running the service under another account (now it is the networker
service), but the the serivce starts and stops.

I have tries deinstalling - reinstalling the service, but nothing helps.

Please Help... I need this service urgently

I have the exact problem, my server is standard edition
No events loged in the event viewer.
If you find the solution please post it
