I downloaded MS Antispyware, based on an advise from my
school computer Help Desk support..plus other programs
-Spybot-search & Destroy
-Stinger
-Ad-aware SE Personal
to instaill all of them..reboot my PC in SAFE MODE and
run those programs to detect whatever and remove it..then
reboot my PC in NORMAL MODE.
After following these steps..
1.Alerts of things to block or allow appeared..I mostly
allowed, but some were bloked..this resulted in:
- everytime I close or switch between account the
computer restart
2-yahoo messenger will not start
3-other accounts on PC cannot connect online

I have
-windows XP Home Edition, SP1 (I had problems with
SP2..so I kept SP1)
-Verizon DSL
-Norton Antivirus 2002

Good recommendation, yes Microsoft AntiSpyware is a great product but its
still beta, so it is recommended you continue using third party AntiSpyware
utilities along with MS AntiSpyware until the final version is available.
