services.exe using 90% cpu?

I've installed Office 2007 and IE 7. Since then my task manger is
always spending 75-90% of CPU with Services.exe. A quick glance at the
services running didn't seem to show anything out of the ordinary, why
is it doing this and how do I stop it?
thanks

SwampYankee,

Check to see if it installed other applications your not aware of. Look in
Start > Programs > Startup for any shortcuts and also look in Start > Run,
type msconfig, click OK > select the Startup tab. I'd be surprised if there
aren't a couple applications running from there.

ps-remember, they are Beta

It looks like it was the Outlook Search/Index, I guess thats MS search.
I wacked it, disabled it, rebooted, and now all is well.
