Service Pack 4 Setup Error

Hello...
When updating to Service Pack 4, i get the following error
despite have ALL of my applications closed:

The file C:\winnt\system32\drivers\sysaudio.sys is open or
in use by another application.

Close all other applications and then click Retry.

Any help would be great!

I get the same issue except the file is C:\winnt\system32
\spiisupd.exe Have you figured out the issue?
