Service Not Available

I was wondering if MS are considering on updating or fixing the Weather
Gadget. Many people have complained and me too. When I freshly install my
Vista Ultimate the gadget works fine without a problem. But once I change the
system locale to Bulgarian it stops working and displays "Service not
available in your language region". The system locale is vital for me to be
set to Bulgaria. It allows the system to display Bulgarian /cyrillic/ letters
within programs; for example I can view sutitles in Media Player. Now my
other question is what has the System locale to do with the Weather Gadget?

And now that we all know about that my question is what Microsoft are planing
to do about it? Do they think it is all right. I think the Weather Gadget has
nothing to do with the weather you want to know.

I have a similar problem, but I cannot get the gadget to work even if I do
set the format to Engligh (United States) and the location to United States.
This is on a new computer running Visat Home Premium. When I fist setup the
computer, I chose the incorect format, Engligh (Trinidad and Tobago), but I
have corrected it, but still does not work. Any Suggestions?
