Send To shortcut doesn't work

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to be able to send a JPG to Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
by using Send To. I won't attempt to explain why. I've created a
shortcut in the Send To folder. The Target of the shortcut is . . .

%SystemRoot%\system32\rundll32.exe
%SystemRoot%\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen

When I double click on the shortcut itself, it starts the Viewer, so
the shortcut is working. When I try to send a JPG to it using Send To,
it doesn't work. Does anybody know how I might get this to work? Any
advice would be much appreciated.

When I right click on a jpg file, I have 'Preview' in the drop down menu.
That opens the file in Windows picture and fax viewer. Do you have that? If
so that would be easier than send to.

Actually, on my system JPGs are registered to open in Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer, so all I have to do is either double click on them or
use Preview, as you mentioned. I know also that I could use Open With
to do the same thing. I'm trying, however, to go through the back
door in order to accomplish something else. But to keep my postings
short . . . I won't attempt to explain why. Thanks.
