Send Pictures via E-mail dialog does not show up on my computer

The Send Pictures via E-mail dialog box does not open when I select under
the File and Folder Tasks, click E-mail this file. Outlook express new
message opens up and the file in with its original size is attached to the
email message. How do I make this dialog box appear so I can send small
pictures?

Try running this from Start | Run | Type > regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

Also you might want to try the Image Resizer
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
Install and you can then Right Click on an image in any folder and Resize.
