I am running Outlook 2003 under Windows XP in a dual boot system with
Outlook installed on both partitions. Both installation of Outlook use the
same pst file.
When I compose a new email message, I click on the address book icon to the
left of "To:" to open the Select Names window to address the message. (I use
the same method to fill in the From, cc and bcc fields.) Select Names is
setup to "Show Names from the: Contacts."
Although all the names can be accessed using either installation of Outlook,
the names in the Select Names windows are ordered differently. With one
installation of Outlook, they are ordered by first name first; with the
other installation they are ordered by last name first.
How can I controlled how the names are alphabetized?
thanks
