Select Names Not Showing Contact Folders

When I'm composing a message and click on "To..." or "CC..." to get the
"Select Names" window, the "Show Names from..." field is not showing any of
my address book folders (besides "Contacts"). How can I fix this? Thanks!

Which others do you want to see there?
You can configure your Address Book via Tools-> Address Book and then in the
AB Tools-> Options

Assuming you have other Contact folders (no one knows what you mean by
address book folders), have you enabled them as email address books in their
properties?
