Security Update for Windows XP (KB9446648)

I have this automatic security update KB9446648 on my system which
continually fails to update. I cannot seem to remove the update? Can you
provide an explanation for it not loading and/or a way to delete the update
from my automatic list? Currently it updates and fails everyday!
