Security Alert Windows

I'm using Windows XP on a Toshiba notebook. When I want
to go to certain sites and log in I get a Security Alert
window concerning the security certificates of the site.
Usually, you'd click YES and keep going. However, it
appears that more than a dozen of these windows pop up,
one on top of the other. I have to click YES maybe 15
times to get rid of them all. Anyone else have this
problem??
