Security Alert Popup Window

How do I get rid of the "Security Alert" popup window, saying The Security
Cerfificate has expired or is not yet valid". This has been happening foro
many months now, and sometimes it popup's 10 or 15 times in a row. I do not
want to remove all my PC data and reload everything. And if I do, won't the
same problem occur later on. I have Windows XP, on a 14 month old computer...
