Second Browser Window Will Not Load

I have a system running Win98se and I am experiencing a
problem with Internet Explorer 6. When I have a browser
window open and I click on a link that opens a new browser
window, that window never loads. Only the tool bar across
the top and the Favorites window, basically the frame
without the content. No matter how long I wait the window
never loads. This just started today after I loaded a
program called Media File Name Changer. I have uninstalled
it, cleared cookies, cleared temp files, run registry
checker, Ad Aware, no help.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you for your help. I was able to extract the

oleaut32.dll file and fixed the problem. I guess the
program I installed earlier today corrupted it.
