Sec. Updt MSXML 4.0 repeats everyday

Every morning I have a Security Update MSXML 4.0, February
13, 2004 to download. Why does this keep repeating and
how can I fix it?

Well I hope you have better luck finding an aswer to this
than I have..I don't know why this thing even came on my
computer in the first place?? I don't know what good it
is??
