Search Companion?

When I try to open a file from the right folder box in
windows exployer search companion comes up. I noticed
that SEARCH is now the top line of the 3 choices search ,
explore, open. I can right click and hit open and the
file opens properly. How can I change the default for
opening files back to open and not search. Thanks !!!!!
