Scrolling problem

I use IE6 SP1. When I visit certain sites, (e.g. http://news.liveleak.com/),
when the page first loads the scroll wheel on my MS optical wheel mouse works
fine, but if I switch to another window and then back, the scroll function
won't work, unless I click somewhere on the page first. This is very
annoying. I have tried various settings for the mouse, but so far nothing.
It doesn't happen in all pages, only some, like the example above.

Thanks umwhat. I uninstalled Flash and scrolling worked. I reinstalled from
Adobe's website and the problem is back. Is it just me or is this a known
issue?

Did you check the Macromedia folder for Adobe Flash Player 6 files?

I visited the webpage in the link and scolling worked fine back and forth to
other webpages. Dust in the mouse?
