Good day
I would like to add a Picture and and comment in my SYSTEM PROPERTIES
Under General
The same way you have when you have a Compaq or an HP Computer theye usaly
have a logo and some tecknical support button in the general tab if you can
please help me find out how to do so or the scripts that i run to have it
working or where i can find out more i would be very happy

The file that contains the picture is called oemlogo.bmp, and the file that
contains the text is called oeminfo.ini. They are located in the
Windows/system32 folder on Windows XP. There are limits to the allowable
picture. It must be 8 bit color depth, and 210 X 120 pixels in size. The
text ini file is in this form:
