script error

i downloaded quick tax program and when i try to run it i get 2 script errors

i have checked debbing and uncheck script error same problem

contacted teck support 4 times removed program at least 4 times and still the
same script error even logged on as another user still the same problem .

Sorry I don't know but it seems to be an issue with that program.
