Script Error

I am not sure if this is a problem with windows or with Norton, but when I
try to run my anti-virus software, it give me an IE script error which says:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 169
Char: 2
Error: Permission denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\PROGRA~1\NORTON~1\NAVUI.dll/navstats.htm

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

I can select either yes or no, but in both cases it takes me into Norton but
I am unable to select anything. It says that all of the features
(Auto-Protect, Full System Scan, etc.) are Refreshing.
