Schedule meeting different start/end times for each attendee

Greetings. I need to schedule interviews. One interviewee with several interviewers. Outlook calendaring seems to be meeting centric. Is there any way that I can schedule that interviewee (who could be an Active Directory/Exchange user) with each of the interviewers for different times in one fell swoop? Thanks.
