Schedule multiple attendees & find open times

Does anyone know of an add-on for MS Outlook 2003 where I can look at several
calendars at once and quickly find open times for each calendar, then have
the program coordinate meeting times for each calendar? For example, say I
have five people I'm trying to set appointmens for. This is not a meeting
where I want everyone at the same place at the same time, but rather
individual appointments with a visitor for about a half hour each over one or
two days. I'd like for the program to first find all available times for the
people whose calendars I've selected, then once it finds that, I'd like it to
maybe work out a couple of potential schedule options with the least amount
of gaps in between appointments. Is there anything out there like this?

No. You might ask in a programming group if this is possible.
